This is a joint process between You and a Therapist; a 1:1 service tailored to your specific needs and goals. Oftentimes the focus is to overcome obstacles, increase positive feelings, develop skills for healthy coping and emotion regulation, increase self-awareness, make healthier decisions, and the list goes on.
